This slightly heavier very durable paddle is great for intermediate to advanced Pickleball players.

Paddle Surface:
The Carbon allows for a lot of spin and enhances control.  This paddle is the perfect blend of power and control and is designed for controlled soft shots and powerful spin shots.  The Carbon makes it flexible and durable.

Core:

This Delta paddle has a core made of polypropylene honeycomb sandwiched between two layers of Carbon, offering optimum control.  This composite is a strong but flexible lightweight material that provides optimal mechanical performance in composite sandwich structures. This composite is widely used on aircraft flight control surfaces such as the rudder, aileron, spoiler and flap.

The core thickness is 12.8mm which is a midrange core thickness that offers both the control of a thicker paddle and power of a thinner paddle.   

Handle Length

If you are not a tennis player who likes to use two hands on your back hand shot, you don’t require a long handle and it shouldn't be regarded when choosing a paddle.

If you like to have a finger on the paddle (similar to a table tennis paddle) then this handle length is perfect for you.

The Grip

Our standard grip is 110mm circumference, however we suggest using an overgrip or double grip if you require more cushioning.  The additional cushioning is helpful in absorbing some of the impact if you suffer joint pain such as arthritis or tennis elbow. It is also proven to reduce arm muscle fatigue.

Weight:

The Delta XL is a heavy weight paddle weighing in at 230g, meaning that you don't have to swing as hard to produce power as there is more weight behind the ball.  This is perfect for when you're dinking as shorter swings reduce the room for error and it gives you more time to get back into position.

Face Width:

The Delta has an ever so slightly wider face, which offers a larger sweet spot than other shapes, giving it comfort on every shot.
